RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

RETURN SHIPPING

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as ArmorCase™ is not responsible for lost return packages.
Return instructions and the return address will be provided after approval.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After processing or shipment begins, orders can no longer be canceled.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Items showing signs of use, accidental damage, or misuse may not qualify for a refund.
